Each time ACH (Automated Clearing House) can't process an electronic transaction (deposit or debit for fees) on your bank account, you will be charged the maximum fee allowed by your state (example: Florida allows for $25.00 fee). This problem can occur if you've entered invalid routing or account numbers, have insufficient funds or your bank account is closed.
